Who we are
This website is run by Kohlective, the trading name of Kohlective Communication Co., Ltd, registered in Cambodia, with offices in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. This notice explains what information we collect when you visit kohlective.net or contact us through it, and how we use it.

What we collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you choose to send us through the contact form, and anonymous usage data about how the site is used.

We do not send your name, email, company or message to Google Analytics. We do not use advertising features, Google Signals or remarketing.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry. Your contact details and message are used only to reply to you and discuss a possible project.
- To improve the website. Analytics data shows which pages are useful, where visitors come from and whether the contact form works.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Service providers
Two outside services handle data on our behalf.

Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses for our property. Email addresses that appear in page addresses are automatically removed before data is stored.
Cookies
The site sets only analytics cookies. It sets no advertising or social-media tracking cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally without them.
Retention, transfers and security
- Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, then deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
- Analytics data linked to cookie identifiers is kept for 14 months; aggregated reports are kept longer.
- Transfers. Formspree and Google process data outside Cambodia, including in the United States and Singapore. They apply their own security and contractual safeguards.
- Security. Access to enquiries and analytics is limited to Kohlective staff who need it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent through the contact form by emailing benjamin.houghton@kohlective.net. We reply within 30 days. You can refuse analytics cookies as described above.
We may update this notice when the website changes. The date below shows the latest version.
